We want you to love your Saco watch — completely, without hesitation. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

You have 7 days to decide

From the day your watch arrives, you have 7 days to decide if it's the right fit. No pressure, no rush.

To be eligible for a return, we simply ask that the watch should be without any scratches with original packaging

 

Returning is simple - here’s how

1.     Write to us at support@shopsaco.in with your order number and a brief note on what felt off.

2.     We’ll respond promptly with easy return instructions.

3.     Once we receive and inspect the watch, we’ll confirm your refund — no back-and-forth, no delays.

 

Your money comes back to you

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the watch. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

 

Received something damaged? We’ll fix it immediately

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at support@shopsaco.in with your order details and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund — at absolutely no cost to you.

 

A few exceptions

We’re unable to process returns for:

1.     Gift cards and promotional items

2.     Final sale or clearance products (marked clearly at time of purchase)

3.     Watches that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
